Employment Land Review and Office Market Study

DLP’s Research & Analysis team was instructed by Coventry City Council in November 2023 to undertake an Employment Land Review, which would form evidence to support the emerging local plan.

DLP Planning Ltd have provided highways and transportation planning support to the Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust at several of their sites across York.

North East Blackburn Strategic Urban Expansion

North East Blackburn Strategic Urban Expansion. This is a major strategic urban expansion area allocated in Blackburn with Darwen’s Local Plan. It is a site of 100 ha with a capacity for around 1,500 homes.

South Staffordshire Economic Development Needs Assessment

DLP’s Research & Analysis team was commissioned by South Staffordshire District Council to undertake a comprehensive Economic Development Needs Assessment (EDNA) to identify future employment needs across the district for the period 2020 to 2040. The objective was to provide a robust and up-to-date evidence base to inform the emerging Local Plan.

Forest Edge South Neighbourhood Plan

DLP Planning was commissioned by West Dean Parish Council to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan for the Forest Edge South area in the Forest of Dean.

Toxteth Firefit

In July 2015, DLP Planning submitted an application for planning permission and Listed Building Consent on behalf of the University of Sheffield for the demolition of workshops and labs, alterations, improvements and repairs to the Sir Frederick Mappin Building and the Central Wing, and the erection of a glazed atrium to provide academic and administrative space alongside the creation of a new entrance to St. George’s Campus from Portobello Street.

Affordable Homes for Newham Programme

Since May 2019 DLP Planning has been advising the London Borough of Newham Strategic Regeneration Department and the Housing Delivery team on the development of eight Council owned sites (Wave 1), as part of the Council’s Affordable Homes for Newham Programme.
