Warton Aerodrome

DLP Planning was appointed to produce a masterplan for the Phase 1 Enterprise Zone at Warton Aerodrome, Lancashire.

South Caldecotte

Hampton Brook Ltd is a privately owned property development and investment company focusing predominantly on the east midlands and southeast. On behalf of Hampton Brook, DLP worked constructively with Milton Keynes Council from the early stages of the plan making process to support the allocation of land comprising about 57ha at South Caldecotte, comprising the only free-standing employment allocation in the development plan known as Plan:MK.

Pennine Five

The Pennine Five campus has been celebrated regionally within the property sector. DLP Planning, as agent for the applications and lead planning consultant, helped secure planning permission for different uses within the building, such as offices, teaching and flexible meeting spaces.

Knights Farm, Rushden East

DLP Planning is currently providing multi-disciplinary inputs to support a hybrid planning application including Planning, Masterplanning, Transport / Highways Design, and Drainage for this mixed-use development at Knights Farm, Rushden East.

Buxton Water

DLP Planning successfully secured planning permission on behalf of Nestle UK for a major new production facility on a greenfield site on the edge of Buxton. The development comprised the construction of a combined bottling plant and warehouse, and the construction of new pipeline links to the plant from the mineral water source at the centre of Buxton.

Suffolk Business Park

DLP Planning Limited (DLP) led the preparation of an outline planning application on behalf of Jaynic Suffolk Park Ltd for the provision of around 2 million square feet of employment space, as part of a strategic extension to Suffolk Business Park. The scheme will provide significant economic growth opportunities for Bury St Edmunds and an estimated 5,000 new jobs. The site forms part of a wider allocation in the Council’s development plan for strategic employment provision. This was linked to the construction of a new Eastern Relief Road for Bury St Edmunds (now completed) and the development of 500 new homes and a secondary school.

Land East of the A10, Buntingford

DLP Planning secured outline planning permission for up to 350 residential dwellings, 4,400 sqm of commercial and services floorspace and 500 sqm of retail floorspace on land east of the A10, Buntingford.
