Knowsley Safari Park

Cass was appointed to work with the Estates Director and Senior Management and Animal Teams of Knowsley Safari Park to develop a new vision, masterplan and development strategy for the future. This led to the design and installation of a Tiger habitat.

Buxton Water

DLP Planning successfully secured planning permission on behalf of Nestle UK for a major new production facility on a greenfield site on the edge of Buxton. The development comprised the construction of a combined bottling plant and warehouse, and the construction of new pipeline links to the plant from the mineral water source at the centre of Buxton.

Greyfriars Police Station

Greyfriars Police Station. Cass Architects and DLP Planning submitted an Outline Planning application for a mixed-use re-development, to vitalise this area of Bedford.

Former Loco Works, Bolton

Former Loco Works, Bolton. We provided masterplanning services on this former Locomotive works site. The 74ha site forms part of Bolton Council’s Core Strategy principally for the provision of 1600 new homes.

Toxteth Firefit

In July 2015, DLP Planning submitted an application for planning permission and Listed Building Consent on behalf of the University of Sheffield for the demolition of workshops and labs, alterations, improvements and repairs to the Sir Frederick Mappin Building and the Central Wing, and the erection of a glazed atrium to provide academic and administrative space alongside the creation of a new entrance to St. George’s Campus from Portobello Street.
