Cass Design Consulting is the design arm of the DLP Group, providing a multidisciplinary design service including: Masterplanning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture based from our Liverpool City Centre office.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a candidate for an immediate start for a fixed 3 month period.
The candidate can either be a post part 2 architectural assistant, newly qualified architect or Architect.
This is primarily to support the short-term delivery on several local projects, including residential, commercial projects but may include support on other projects we undertake within the DLP Group depending upon candidates experience.

What do we expect from you?
You will work under the supervision of senior staff. Duties of the role include:
- Ability to liaise with other members of external & internal team
- Ability to produce detailed architectural drawings packages to support planning applications and building control applications.
- Ability to produce colour rendered plans/elevations to support planning applications
- Proficient in usings AutoCad / Adobe Photoshop/Indesign essential (Sketchup desirable)
The role is full time based within our Liverpool City Centre office.
